Evolution's revolution
Evolution's revolution
Evolution´s Revolution was the result of a whole year´s work. As commemoration of Charles Darwin´s 200th birth anniversary, we decided to put on a play about the Scopes trial, which took place in Tennessee, USA, back in 1925. Religion, science, academic freedom were the themes discussed in the play, and an open ending was chosen for everyone to go home and think about.
Our students gave a wonderful performace, given that they are not professional actors but enthusiastic teenagers. Parents, teachers, heads and peers all agreed that the outcome was unexpectedly successful. Luli, Tati, Manu, Fer, Cami, Feli, Vicky, Sofi, Meli, Caro
